Hi, For some reason, my Asus UX430U does not wake up when it is put in sleep mode, meaning that I have to restart it every time I put it to sleep. I have checked my drivers and ran the Windows troubleshooters, but nothing picks this problem up. I have tried to follow multiple guides online but none work. How do I solve this? Hello catarinafmduarte, Are you connecting any external device to the notebook? Like Hub or hard disk. If so, please disconnect them before letting your notebook goes to sleep. Let me know if any. Thank you so much.

Hi, To elaborate on what blake_ASUS said, this issue seems to occur when something is connected to the USB port while the computer goes into sleep mode. As far as I know there currently is no permanent solution to the issue, but a temporary solution is to disconnect all devices from the USB port before the computer goes to sleep.
