upgrading SSD for UX430UNR due to repeating malfunctions

Wake up issue
have an issue (for a very ling time) that the laptop doesn't wake up after the lid is shut (and entering sleep mode- not hibernate!) and requires force reset every time
lately upgraded to Windows 11 - the issue still occurred
did some extreme cleaning and freeing space - no change
Boot
now my laptop doesn't even pass boot -> showing no HD is connected
I tried disconnecting and reconnecting both SSD and battery - it didn't help
reinstalling BIOS 313 (the latest) - guess....
SSD
last my question is :
do I need a new SSD?
if so can this model support NVME instead of SATA?

Completely reinstall Windows. Try disabling (without uninstalling) the Intel Display Audio in Device Manager. Reboot the laptop after that.

can maybe try using a USB bootable windows 11, though in EZ mode it shows :" the system cannot find any bootable devices" therefore I don't think I can even reinstall the windows

@GiladShezifi
The UX430UNR's SSD support specification is NGFF 2280 SATA (512G, 256G, 128G).
If the SSD cannot be captured normally, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center.
The following is the contact information:
