Detailed description:
Today I updated the graphic driver's bios after updating the graphics it was all good. But when I installed new bios my sound just died and I don't even see the device in the device manager so I can't update, the audio drivers. And I even can't go back to a bios version because this is not supported. Please help me I am losing my mind.

Sound does not work
Please enter safe mode to see if you can see the sound device in the device manager.
If you still can't see the sound device, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center.
