Ram and SSD upgrading for Zenbook pro 14 UX6404VV

Hi Community,

I purchased one of the few earliest Zenbook pro 14 UX6404VV with a 4060. 16 GB Ram
I have been facing a few issues:

1. I feel the system has gone sluggish, takes time to perform a certain things. 
2. The battery life isn't that great very frequently drains, moreover when I try to charge with USB C doesn't seem to be able to go beyond 60W even when on load.

I am thinking that upgrading this would work, Should I get another DDR5 4800 MHz 32Gb with the same clock speed. 
How do I find out the clock speed and what ram should I get?
What 2 TB SSD should I swap this current 1 TB with?

Your laptop already has one onboard memory , and there is only one replaceable memory slot can be used.
Regarding this replaceable memory slot, it supports up to 32GB DDR5(4800MHz) RAM.
