Quick Key App shortcuts not working

I have chrome extension with keyboead shortcut's to make actions in webpage, i but the shortcut's in Quick Key app but didn't work
please help me, it's important for me

As far as I know, the combination keys can only be used on the physical keyboard, not on the virtual keyboard. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

Will there be an update?
I'm using a logi MX Master 3s mouse, and it have keyboard shortcut and it's work, i want Quick key work too such as any others devices have the same option too
