System: Windows 10
Battery or AC: AC
Description: Touchpad trouble : jumpy, no precision
Model: UM462DA
Frequency of Occurrence: Sometimes
Reset OS: No
Hello ! I have problems with my trackpad : like others people with UX models, my laptop is perfect... excepted the trackpad. When I start my PC, it works great but a few minutes later the trackpad starts to lose its precision and to be jumpy... Sometimes it works better and the problem reappears... The driver is up to date, so I don't know what to do. I've read that the UX433 received a firmware update to fix that problem, but there is nothing on the ASUS support for my model, I don't know if I can use the fix for the UX433, maybe it's possible if the trackpad is the same... Can you help me ? Thanks ! PS : sorry if I made a few english mistakes...

Does anybody have a solution?
