Now i try to format and install new windows, install screenpad driver and screenpad toolbar but everything still the same ScreenPad doesn't work and can not use it for touchpad too.

Hello tanawat.golf, May I know what kind of Windows Update was it? Like update to 1903? And there is no Screenpad listed in Device Manager? Please kindly send your device to service center for further examination. Thank you.
