As already mentionned by so many people with thy guy on this forum which never received an explaination (
https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/34890/asus-laptop-zenbook-ux461ua-can-not-wakeup-from-sleep-m... my Zenbook often don't wake up from sleep mode and I have to hard reset (holding the power off button for a long time - button which is really not user friendly to use by the way). As far as I remember, this issue happen since the very begin and even with driver updates and different tests with sleep mode options, power with battery or AC, nothing work.
I was quite a loyal asus customer since more than a decade but I think it's a shame to sell more thant 1 200 euros computer with a so annoying problem and the last but not the least, doing nothing to offer a fix !
To conclude, at this price, you should have a better quality and user experience with a MacBook pro...
