Zenbook UX8406MA Virtual Keyboard Doesn't Work!

Hi, 

Just received my Zenbook Duo (model:  UX8406MA). 

I love it compared to my Lenovo Yoga 9i Duo. 

But accessing the virtual keyboard is impossible! 

I'm not sure why they don't do what the Yoga 9i has. They put an icon in the far right of the task bar should you want it to come up on the second screen. 

Right now I cannot get the virtual keyboard to open even with the six finger requirement. This is unacceptable! 

If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know so I don't have to return the unit. 

This never should be a problem before shipping. And I am not the only one. Seems there are a ton of people on Reddit having the same issue. 

Please help or direct me to help. Or should I send this thing back?

Since I am not quite sure about your current operation, could you please provide a video of the operation process for me to verify? If you have recently purchased the laptop and the operation does not meet your expectations, I recommend contacting the dealer to see if a return or exchange is possible.
