Is it possible to add a Zenscreen MB16AC external monitor to a Zenbook UX305? I keep on getting a message that " device doesn't support DP Atl mode". Can this be fixed? If yes, how?

Please try to install the driver for MB16AC and try again.
ZenScreen MB16AC｜Monitors｜ASUS GlobalIf you still can not make it work, may I have a video of the issue?
Start from you plug in, the error message, and the power LED on your MB16AC.
