Help with system fan replacement

HI everyone,

I need help, I am from Canada and I need to buy a fan for my Zenbook Model Q304U.  The fan is dying. I blew it out, full of dust worked for an hour and then started making horrible sounds.  The drive is a SSD.  So it the fan, any advice on what type of fan I have to buy from Amazon.ca?

Asus support was no help, they wanted me to send it in for repair.  I can't afford that.

Well, the official recommendation is to change the paste when you broke the connection between the heatsink and the processor.

On the other hand it will be okay for a while, but it won't extend the system lifetime for sure.

Does anyone here know how to replace just the fan, (number 1) Number 2 is the CPU heat-sink that will NOT come off the fan.  I watched some YouTube videos, all the fans come of easy, but mine is on rock hard tight.  See

My computers heatsink is attached to the fan, I can not remove it.  I seen YT videos and they take the fan off, but I can't.  See:
