How do I claim warranty, lap top hard drive gone bad I believe

The warranty for the laptop's hard drive follows the laptop's warranty. We suggest you contact customer service at your location for inquiries regarding repair arrangements.

Your hard drive warranty comes under the warranty granted to the laptop. Contact the store from where you have brought it or directly connect with the customer care.

Hit the Windows key and search at the top for MyAsus.
Then click the [MyAsus app] option seen just below your search.
That MyAsus app will tell you the status of your warranty.
Click on the [Customer Service] option in the frame on the left.
If  you don't hsve the MyAsus app then you should get it but probably already have it if you  registered your laptop.
