Grey bar laying over the screen if darker colors are shown

Hello, my new Zenbook Flip 14 UM462DA-AI030 shows a grey bar, everytime darker colors appear (see image below). It disappears after brighter colors were shown but instantly comes back if the color on the screen gets darker.
I already tried updating all the drivers and I am just trying everything before I have to send it back.

Adjust the calibration of the display via settings
