My charger sometimes need to replugged when charging to enable the fast charging. Is it okay? Is possible my laptop or my charger broke?

Fast charging sometimes not working

uninstall the battery driver from the device manager and restart windows.
latest high end laptops and few old models laptops comes with fasat charging capacity.
check power socket of plug holder and take your lpatop with charger to nearest asus service center to check chargers

48%, and it happens every percentages I had
I already took my device to ASUS service center to see what's the problem, because I also had battery  deterioration issue (3 weeks old device already lost 3% of capacity)
