The relevant department needs to confirm the following with you:
1. Please open the UWP application [DTS Audio Processing]. Go to the Start menu, search for DTS Audio Processing, click on Settings, and then click on About DTS. Take note of the version number displayed in this interface.
2. The current version should be 1.10.15.0.
If it is not this version, please check for DTS updates in the MS Store and verify if the issue improves.
