Doesn't shut down properly

Hi all,
I have a zenbook UM433.
Lately, when i shut down the laptop, the power led keeps blinking and when i press the power to start windows it always goes to bitlocker recovery(I know the password).
I already disabled the fast start up and the bitlocker. The bitlocker recovery doesn't show up but the power led, still keeps blinking.
Any help is appreciated.

I already did and it keeps doing the same thing.
i begin to think that the disk is damaged.
