ASUS Zenbook Duo: Difficulty in Fullscreen Video Playback & Stylus Palm Rejection

I recently purchased a Zenbook Duo, and I'm facing a couple of issues that I hope someone can help with:

  • Fullscreen Video Playback Across Both Screens:
When I use both screens in landscape mode and try to play a video in fullscreen (for example, in VLC), the video only plays on one screen. If I try landscape mode (desktop mode) with both screens, it behaves like a resized window — the header and footer bars from VLC are still visible, and it doesn't give a true fullscreen experience. Is there any workaround or setting that allows seamless fullscreen playback across both screens?

  • Stylus Palm Rejection Issues:
While using a stylus for writing or drawing, my palm touches the screen and triggers unwanted gestures or movements. It doesn't seem to be ignoring my hand properly. Is there any palm rejection setting that I'm missing, or any recommended stylus settings/apps that help with this?

Regarding the video playback issue, we suggest you try using the video playback program provided by the system itself. For example, please check if the issue persists when using the system's default video player, such as Windows Media Player Legacy.

As for the issue of the screen being accidentally touched by the palm while in use, could you please provide a video of the operation so that we can verify the situation?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
