When I am in a word doc, my curser will not let me highlight text in order to make editing changes

Could you please provide the model name (for example, UX3402), the BIOS version, and details of the situation?
May I ask if you have set up shortcut keys for the highlight function but they have not worked properly?
Please provide a video of the situation for us to better understand it.
