Extended warranty description meaning?

I've just bought a PX13 and am looking at purchasing extended warranty.  Looking on MyASUS I can see a variety of options, however, I don't understand the description of the product:

'Local On-Site Service – 2 Year (for Standard 1 Year Warranty Model)' - what does the text in the brackets mean? Is it a two year on-site service for both years?
