Cancellation of shipping RMA

Hey there.

This morning I went through the process of ordering an RMA for my ZenBook. The process was alright, yet, I made a mistake about which date the collection should be, and would therefore like to have it cancelled. I have contacted support through email, yet to have an answer, and their phone lines only open up on the day of the collection (on monday). The ASUS Forwarder Portal simply doesn't seem to have any sort of cancel button, and I'm panicking sligthly. Also, no shipping price was shown, so now I'm wondering what could even be expected.

Is anyone else having problems with this?
