Can’t start the laptop

Hi , all of a sudden I couldn’t start my laptop and I noticed the charging light is always on even when the charger is not plugged in any suggestion?, how can I fix it. #Zenbookflip13

Please remove all external devices from the laptop, wait for 10 minutes, then connect only the charger and turn it on to see if the issue is resolved.

Please try to remove the external drives first. if this doesn't work then remove the power adapter and hold the power button for 30 seconds this will restart your system.
