Hello! I’m facing here a problem. My device goes direct to BIOS screen and stuck there. I tried everything I could but no way. There is no thing in boot option and that means that my device can not defecate media storage correctly! Any solutions?

It is possible that the error occurred during the SSD or memory detection process during startup.
If you are familiar with replacing SSD or memory, it is recommended to reinstall them and check again.
Alternatively, you may consider sending the laptop to a repair center for further investigation and confirmation.

Thank you for replying me. I have taken off the whole SSD and replaced a new one instead. The device is working now as it is supposed to be. Thanks again.
