The external audio jack on my Asus Zenbook 14 has stopped working after windows 11 update. Bought a new jack. Updated drivers. still does not work. Audio only plays on laptop speakers

According to what you described, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our repair center to check the audio jack.

Enable and reinstall the driver in the Device Manager
Type and search [Device Manager] in the Windows search bar, then click [Open]. Check the arrow next to [Audio inputs and outputs], then right-click [your speaker device] and select [Enable device]
