Audio not working on Asus Zenbook 14 earphone jack

The external audio jack on my Asus Zenbook 14 has stopped working after windows 11 update. Bought a new jack. Updated drivers. still does not work. Audio only plays on laptop speakersThe earphones and jack work on other laptops
