Hi,
I have a zenbook model UM5302TA, bought it in 2023. Yesterday, it automatically shut down itself, and after restart, it booted to MyAsus in UEFI, not windows. The boot piority is empty. I used the diagnostic tool, and it showed no issue in the SSD. Did anyone encounter a similar issue before? Any solutions?

It is possible that there is an issue with the SSD in terms of detection or access.
If you are familiar with disassembling and installing SSDs, I suggest reseating the SSD to ensure proper connection.
However, if you are not comfortable doing so, I recommend taking your laptop to a repair center for further investigation.

Also you can contact the local service center for help.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I sent an email to customer service and am waiting for their response. I will give it a go if I don't hear back from them. Do you know what might have caused this issue? The laptop is only one year old.

@gccuk07
It is possible that the issue is caused by poor contact between the SSD and the motherboard or other reasons.
Without being able to confirm the actual condition of your laptop, I cannot determine the exact cause with you.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

No worries. I got no response from customer service so I did the disassembling myself. Nothing changed. Hopefully that means it's a software issue and not a hardware one? I am going to give customer service a call tomorrow and see if I can get a response.
