I can't find a setting in BIOS to boot when lid opens?

I wonder if this might be fixed in the next BIOS update?

I've seen some talk of setting things in Windows, not that is not what I'm talking about. It should have nothing to do with the OS. It should just be a setting in BIOS to turn on when lid opens, boot whatever the default boot mechanism is.

Unfortunately, there is no option in the BIOS to automatically turn on the laptop when the lid is opened. 
You will need to press the power button separately to turn on the laptop.
