According to the info from this web site (https://www.asus.com/th/laptops/for-home/zenbook/zenbook-14x-oled-ux3404/techspec/), there are two models: UX3404VA and UX3404VC. No mention of touch screen in the technical specifications of both of them.

@juanjomiguez
This depends on the actual shipping specifications available in each region, so when making a purchase, you need to confirm whether the specifications of the product you are buying support a touchscreen, thank you.

This policy is a big surprise for me!!! Why not to add a special code to mark the regional difference?
Using the same code (UX3404VA & UX3404VC) and letting the end users be confused before buying is not a good strategy. Why buying UX3404VA or UX3404VC in Thailand or in U.S.A. needs more special attention?
Some special differences like the electrical current can be understood...

@FongPoui
Here is an example using UX3404VC.
When sold, the product model name is followed by its 'Standard Specification Name' (highlighted in yellow).
This represents the difference in specifications, so it is recommended to confirm both the name and specifications when making a purchase.
