Detailed description：New laptop with updated drivers. I'm unable to install thunderbolt driver due to error in photo attached. Connected to Caldigit TS4 dock, ethernet works through Thunderbolt cable but not charging.

I would recommend that you try to restore the system to check if the problem improves.
