Detailed description:Just after plugging the egpu {razer core with rt 5700 rx} the system crashes. windows searches for the drivers and then crash.

Any help would be lovely.

1. What is the BIOS and system version you are using?

2.What is your egpu driver version?
3.Could you please provide the connection method between the laptop and egpu (photo) and the situation when the problem occurs (video)?

Thanks for helping me.
1- UP5401za flip Asus. BIOS UP5401ZA.303 releasse day 20220905
2- MS Windows 11 Home 64 bit 10.0.22621
3- There is not yet a egpu driver version as it hard crashes. It goes to that port.

I got it to work.
1- turn off computer
2- clip tb3 into laptop closest to the screen
3- wait until all the updates are done
my recomendation would be to remove BitLocker, what a waste of software. each time to remove and/or clip again the razor core you get a blue screen.
I got the razor core with sapphire 5700 it works.

I got it to work.

1- turn off computer

2- clip tb3 into laptop closest to the screen

3- wait until all the updates are done
