Adobe premiere small screen right click problem

Detailed description：
On the small screen when I right click I can't all the option and I am able to scroll down to see all the option that normally appear on a normal screen. The problem is solved in lightroom, in lightroom I have arrows and I have the freedom to scroll up and down once I right click but not in photoshop or premiere I have no option other then moving my whole timeline to the big screen right clicking finishing the task and then going back to using both screens, this is time consuming and it kind of make the second screen useless. I love the second screen I prefer it over the computer but this right click thing is taking too much time.
