Hello! On the vivobook pro 15 oled K3500PC-L1012T laptop, there was a problem with the charging unit. The laptop stopped seeing it and therefore stopped charging, took it to a service center and they said that the power supply needed to be replaced because the control signal (as they said) had disappeared. Supposed to purchase through them. Has anyone encountered such a problem? I would also be grateful for the model name of the power supply for my model, so that I can look for where to buy it myself.
