Detailed description：When connected to my Vivobook via bluetooth, my wireless earbuds will cut out and make an electric buzzing noise every few minutes. I tested the earbuds on my phone and do not get the same issue.
Do you know what might be causing this?

Have you tried to delete the entire bluetooth device and pair it with the laptop again?

Actually the problem just reocurred while connected to my phone so thankfully it seems the laptop was not the issue.
