We are currently awaiting a response from the relevant department. I will update you as soon as there is any news. Thank you.

So much time has passed and you still cannot provide information?

The low level of your support is simply amazing...

@D_IMAN
It's used for OLED screensaver. Now ASUS is contacting with Microsoft for WU not show correct name.

ASUS clearly has a problem with the name of the drivers.

Here are just a few examples:
Realtek - Software Package - 11.0.6000.37
Realtek - SoftwareComponent - 1.0.0.10
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. - System - 3.1.24.0Intel Corporation(R) - Extension - 1.0.2251.0
Intel Corporation - System - 30.100.2104.1

Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 10.0.235.46

From such names, it is not clear for which component the driver is installed/updated...

@D_IMAN
Microsoft's mechanism only displays the publisher's name followed by the extension, which is also the case for Intel/Realtek. Therefore, this is considered a normal phenomenon.
