unable to register ASUS laptop

Hi ,

I am located in India, city Pune. Few days back I bought laptop with serial number R4N0CV05P13115E. But I am unable to register it. During registration it throws error that product is already registered, but when I logged into my ASUS account website it doesn't show it.

So, Is this service tag is fake? I have original bill with me.
