I reinstalled Windows and noticed very loud cooling noise and heating!
I also noticed seconds of freezing.
All this is observed mainly in Google Chrome version 127!
For some reason it seems to me that there is a problem with the diet.
I tried changing the scheme to "Optimal performance" and observed.
The problem did not go away, but when I returned the standard “Balanced” scheme and rebooted the laptop, then after the reboot I noticed that the above problems did not exist!!!
But when I turned on the laptop the next day, all the problems returned again...
And it also seems to me that the problem may be in the “Scheduling GPU with hardware acceleration” parameter.
I turned it off, the situation got better, but not completely...
There were no such problems on 23H2, everything was great!!!
What could be the problem, what settings should I check???
Windows version 24H2 (Build 26100.1150)
All drivers were installed via Windows Update.
BIOS Version 303
ASUS System Control Interface v3 3.1.32.0
Laptop model N7400PC (X7400PC)

I do not understand what is going on.
I turn on the laptop - All the above problems are present!
I reboot the laptop - All the above problems are gone!
Where else can I check/configure?

I think I found the cause!
The culprit was "Fast Startup".
I just unchecked the box in the power control panel, and all my problems went away!
I may be wrong, but it seems to me that the drivers associated with fast startup are to blame.
(Perhaps this is Intel Management Engine Interface)
Apparently the drivers are not optimized to work on newer versions of Windows, from 24H2 and above.
I am surprised that Microsoft, ASUS, Intel have not solved the problems with drivers and optimization even in 2024...
I will continue to watch, but it seems that my problem is solved!
