Strange behavior of the OS after reinstallation!!!

@Falcon_ASUS

I reinstalled Windows and noticed very loud cooling noise and heating!

I also noticed seconds of freezing.

All this is observed mainly in Google Chrome version 127!

For some reason it seems to me that there is a problem with the diet.
I tried changing the scheme to "Optimal performance" and observed.
The problem did not go away, but when I returned the standard “Balanced” scheme and rebooted the laptop, then after the reboot I noticed that the above problems did not exist!!!
But when I turned on the laptop the next day, all the problems returned again...

And it also seems to me that the problem may be in the “Scheduling GPU with hardware acceleration” parameter.
I turned it off, the situation got better, but not completely...

There were no such problems on 23H2, everything was great!!!

What could be the problem, what settings should I check???

Windows version 24H2 (Build 26100.1150)
All drivers were installed via Windows Update.
BIOS Version 303
ASUS System Control Interface v3 3.1.32.0
Laptop model N7400PC (X7400PC)

@D_IMAN
Does the situation you described only occur when running Chrome?
If you remove Chrome and reinstall it, does the problem still persist?
If the problem continues, could you provide a video of the issue encountered for technical analysis?
Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

Same thing in Microsoft Edge!

I even checked the task manager.

There's nothing that unusual there.

The only processes that consume a lot of RAM (except for Chrome itself) are Task Manager/Search/Antivirus/Desktop Window Manager/Explorer.

Everything else is within normal limits!

The built-in video card and SSD are also not loaded.

@D_IMAN
To eliminate the possibility of a false system malfunction causing the issue, it is recommended that you reinstall the system once again to confirm if the problem still persists. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

I don't have time to reinstall the OS yet.
This is a very long process...
