S mode

Detailed description：I just bought a new Asus Vivobook. I need to take it out of S mode. The problem is everything i do brings me to the store and a button that says GET. this is suppose to activate basic windows (win home). but i get a pop up that says something is wrong on their end. it shows the time and date and a jumble of numbers and letters which change every time i do this. HOW can i get out of S mode?
