Laptop Asus 15.6" (Ryzen 7-3700U/16GB/512GB SSD/Radeon RX Vega 10) M509DA-EJ943T Hello . I buy this laptop recently and for the first time i try to put a micro sd card on !! So i put my sd card and is stuck . My provider took it off and destroyed my micro sd card and now and the input is not working now ! So if this happened at the first time that i used my input sd card reader and destroyed my card isnt in the warranty ? I mean i used laptops many years and for new laptop isnt what i was waiting for the sd card ! And i was typically doing that thing many times on my ex laptop for transfer my footage !

Hello i know that i have to pay some charges for the check up and also is going to take time as they told me ! For me the issue is if this is on warranty or not ! If is not in warranty , is also waste of money !
