Problem with hardware reserved

I have a problem with my asus x570dd
2.1G of my ram is not usable because of hatdware reserved
I had try man solutions and none of them help me
Like:1-msconfig2-regedit-3updating bios and etc
And my bios hasnt chipset setting for other solutions
What should i do?

How do you know
2.1G of my ram is not usable because of hatdware reserved.

As you can see 5.9g is usable
And 2.1g is hardware reserved
