Detailed description：My laptop model is ASUS F560UD. It's battery is stuck at 38% and not charging any further. It shows that the charger is plugged in but after that it is neither charging nor discharging. Also if I disconnect the charger pin from the laptop, it immediately shuts down. And now it is also giving me the sign in problems. Please solve this issue of mine as soon as possible.
