HI there ASUS tech team. Hope you read my message. I´ve recently bought a vivobook with a built-in number pad which is intermittently on and off becoming really a pain in the ass.
I wondered why it is still a problem as I have read on the ZENTALK over 500 answers and comments about updating BIOS and so on. Please bear in mind that many of us neither understand nor manage how to work "inside" a machine.
I hope you find a quick solution to this troublesome issue.

If your model is M413 and Its touchpad is not sensitive, I would like to suggest you to bring back your laptop to our service center.
