Detailed description:VivoBook crashes, the display becomes a horizontal pattern of digitized pixels, the computer freezes. The computer is defective straight out of the box, with stock OEM software. While browsing the internet with MS Edge, the laptop just freezes up and the screen turns into a digitized mess of pixels. Video of result is attached. Store refuses to return and refund the day after purchase. What kind of product guarantee does ASUS provide?

Falcon_ASUSThank you for your input. I did solve the problem. It turned out to be the 8GB of add RAM is not compatible with the laptop. At the time of purchasing the laptop, I bought extra RAM, Patriot 8GB, 3200MHz RAM. Its just not compatible.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/56682/new-vivobook-k513e-crashes-screen-pixelates
