Detailed description：i have bought the laptop a week ago and using its Windows hello feature specially fingerprint. Now its showing that fingerprint driver and camera driver is not compatible plzz help me.
I had made a recovery drive when bought the laptop and use that to recover its all setting still its not working

is this happened windows latest updates installed ?
If yes means, uninstall the updates .
Or do system restore point.
