laptop screen very flickering

Anybody can help me please?
New laptop, 2 days since I bought it, the screen is flickering very strongly. My eyes very badly.
Windows 11, latest graphics card driver.
what can i do to solve it?

Hi, I booted Windows into safe mode, but in safe mode the brightness of the laptop display is at maximum and it is not very clear whether the laptop screen is flickering or not. But the brightness is very strong that it is not possible to look at the screen.
I also noticed that in safe mode the screen refresh rate is 64Hz, but in normal mode it is 60Hz.

If it is a new purchase and the screen flashes, I would suggest you to report to the dealer to confirm whether it can be returned or exchanged. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
