my laptop suddenly goes out when i've just start to turn it on, but the battery is 100 percent

Hello yangpentinghappy13, Please describe more. Before this happened, did you install any new hard disk for update anything? Which stage was it when your laptop went out? remove all external devices , cables , charger . press and hold powerbutton for 60 seconds. and then try switch on
