Hello everyone and nice to find you all.
I hope to be part of the family soon but first I am trying to understand if the
K6602ZE-OLED-MX731X has upgradable RAM or not.. I want to know if I will be able to add another 16GB to it.
I 've seen conflicting information and I cannot understand what is the case..
Thank you very much

@kaseri
Because it already has a memory module built-in, but it is soldered onto the motherboard.
The size of this soldered memory depends on the specifications you purchased.
As for the other memory module that you can replace on your own, as mentioned in my previous response, it supports a maximum of 16GB.
Thank you.

@kaseri
The K6602ZE has only one memory slot, and the maximum memory capacity that can be installed in that slot is 16GB. (DDR4(3200MHz))
Thank you.

Thank you for your response but then I am confused..
How come in asus site it states:
16GB DDR4 on board
Total system memory upgradeable to:32GB
*Dual-channel memory support requires at least one SO-DIMM module.
16GB DDR4 on board
Total system memory upgradeable to:16GB
*Dual-channel memory support requires at least one SO-DIMM module.
And also at the expansion slots it states
1x DDR4 SO-DIMM slot
?
Is it the case the some K6602ZE have an additional slot and some don't?
Thank you again
