Battery draining issue in Vivobook X510UF

The Battery backup clamied by the company is about 8hr battery life Full workday freedom in Vivobook 15 X510UF but in realty it only last for 1.5hr to 2 hours maximum.the claim made is not upto mark please resolve this issue

The battery usage data of the laptop is based on low brightness and turning off unnecessary features (e.g., Bluetooth).

i have had purchased it in 2019 brightness is always low and keypad backlit is also off yet iam getting battery backup of only 1 -2 hour
