Horizontal blue and yellow lines flashing while streaming movies on my VivoBook.

This just started and I've only had this laptop 2 months. Is this a defect or is there something that can be done to remedythe situation? I only use this laptop for streaming movies and shows. Literally. And I've never dropped it or manhandled it. It's never even left my bedroom. Thanks in advance.

What is the full model name of the laptop you are using?
Does this line appear in all situations, or only when playing a video? 
Have you tried reinstalling the graphics card driver?
