Detailed description： in my laptop my nvidia gpu is a secondary gpu and the primary gpu in intel gpu ,how to make nvidia gpu as primary gpu as i am unable to access all nvidia controle panel settings as my display is connected to intel gpu please help me.

No . you can't set primary nvidia gpu..
but you can set the some applications to use high performance GPU as nvidia in nvidia control panel..
add the executable files in nvidia control panel to use primary GPU for that particular applications
