Hi, I already use my E410MA for 3 years now. There is no issue until yesterday. I accidentally let my battery run out when using for exporting PowerPoint into video. Then I plug in the charger. When I my laptop on, the app still opening. Then I continue to use it until it fully charge then I unplug the charger and my laptop turned off. I tried to turn it on again without cable and it won't turn on. Usually the battery still able to hold for 3-4 hours depend on the usage.
Right now, when plugged in, the battery light indicator blinking orange, and the battery indicator on the task bar show 100% fully charged. No sign of life detected when unplugged.
My previous laptop, also have battery issue but it loses its capacity overtime until it can only hold for like 15 min or so, but this one just happened suddenly.
Is this a software problem, or should I replace the battery?
